11th Congress of AKJ Automotive in Puebla – Mexico

On November 7th and 8th 2017, the 11th Congress of AKJ Automotive took place in Puebla, Mexico. The aim of the conferences organized by AJK Automotive is the exchange of information between all members of the automotive value chain. With a total number of 15 speeches and 2 discussion panels and according to the motto “Empower Automotive Mexico 4.0”, this year’s event dealt with topics such as the Mexican automotive industry and the NAFTA status, Mexico in a new world of opportunities and barriers, drive supply chain excellence, drive innovation and the future for automotive, innovation processes in product and process as well as Industry 4.0.

Speakers included representatives of VOLKSWAGEN, AUDI, FORD, DAIMLER, BOSCH, Brose, EDAG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. With a total of 140 participants, the conference also offered extensive networking opportunities. ODW-ELEKTRIK participated as one of 10 sponsors with a booth at the event.

IZB 2016 in Wolfsburg – We did it again!

This year’s IZB was celebrating its 15th anniversary. 800 companies from 32 nations were participating at the jubilee. 49.800 visitors from all over the world visited the fair. Also, ODW-ELEKTRIK was celebrating our 5th anniversary in participating at the internationale Zuliefererbörse (IZB). Our well positioned booth at the fair was very busy at all days. Not only our current valuable customers were visiting us, but also many new interested parties get in touch with our Fair-Team.

On Tuesday November 22th 2016, ODW-ELEKTRIK México was officially opened in Tlaxcala! We would like to thank everybody who supported us on this exciting journey! The ramp-up of the Hands Free Access is ongoing and we are looking forward to place many more products here in México. Our special special thanks go to Gobernador Lic. Mariano González Zarur and the Government of Tlaxcala. Currently we have vacancies for machine setter, operators and warehousing.
