Advancing injection technology from 1997 to 1998 one of our customers Robert Bosch GmbH developed a new common rail injection system for diesel injection.
To further increase efficiency and comply with mandatory exhaust standards our customer Robert Bosch GmbH developed a diesel injection system with separate high pressure pump for each fuel injector exclusively for the Volkswagen group. Injection pressures of 2.000 bar were implemented.

Magnetic coils for high-pressure fuel pumps
High-pressure pumps in diesel injection systems regulate the fuel amounts via solenoid valves. These pumps are customised to the specific combustion engine.
