Report a violation
You have observed an incident that you would like to report? Here you have the opportunity to submit your report in confidence.
Please first report any indications of specific misconduct to your direct superior. If they themselves are affected/biased, you can inform the next higher superior or the management.
Furthermore, you are of course free to address reports via this reporting system.
You will receive confirmation of receipt no later than seven days after submitting the report and the report will be processed. Whistleblowers will receive feedback on follow-up measures within three months, provided this feedback does not jeopardise the investigation or the persons involved.
Violations can be reported by employees and external parties such as temporary workers, employees of external service providers, business partners of suppliers, customers and third parties.
In addition to criminal offences (e.g. theft, fraud or bribery), behaviour that indicates a violation of laws or internal company rules (non-compliance with the Code of Conduct, violation of quality and/or safety standards) can also be reported.
ODW-ELEKTRIK GmbH does not tolerate any disadvantages towards persons who, to the best of their knowledge and belief, report misconduct or towards those persons who are involved in an investigation of a report. Acts of discrimination and retaliation are sanctioned under disciplinary law and can therefore lead to termination of employment.
Deliberately untruthful, abusive reports are also systematically prosecuted under (disciplinary) law.
