Inclusive Investment Award 2026 at the Tunisia Investment Forum

We are extremely proud to announce that ODW Elektrik was honored with the “Inclusive Investment Award” during the Tunisia Investment Forum (TIF 2026) organized by FIPA Tunisia who is the “Foreign Investment Promotion Agency” and represented by Jalel Tebib on June 25 in Tunis. The event was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy and Planning and brought together key national and international decision-makers. Receiving this prestigious award from the Prime Minister of Tunisia, Ms. Sarra Zaâfrani Zenzri, in front of an audience of more than 500 distinguished guests, was a particularly proud moment for our company. The event was attended by prominent figures from the public and private sectors, including the Minister of Economy and Planning, Mr. Samir Abdelhafidh, along with leading investors, business leaders, and international partners.

This distinction recognizes ODW Elektrik’s commitment to inclusive growth, sustainable investment, and the creation of opportunities that contribute to Tunisia’s economic and social development. Most importantly, this award belongs to our employees. Their dedication, professionalism, and passion are the driving force behind our success and the reason why ODW Elektrik continues to grow and make a positive impact. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to FIPA Tunisia for this recognition and to all our partners, customers, and colleagues for their continued trust and support.

ODW Innovation Day 2026

On February 25, 2026, we experienced a very special day at the ODW headquarters in Steinau an der Straße: Innovation Day 2026.

Colleagues from all departments and sites came together to experience innovation up close, exchange ideas, and jointly discuss current and future topics.

Right from the start, it became clear what innovation means at ODW: it is not an abstract concept, but something we actively shape and live together. The combination of inspiring keynotes, exciting production tours, and open exhibition areas in B5/B6, the tool shop, and the laboratory provided the perfect setting for this.

The keynotes presented new developments from Engineering and IT, ranging from cobot solutions in manufacturing to artificial intelligence and Microsoft Copilot in everyday work. Particularly valuable were the hands-on insights into ongoing projects, process improvements, and product innovations from recent years, which were showcased by the project teams, development, IT, SAP, and quality departments as part of the exhibition.

The high level of active participation from our workforce deserves special mention. The strong interest, numerous discussions, and direct feedback clearly demonstrated how important and relevant innovation work is across all areas of ODW. This open dialogue is exactly what makes both Innovation Day and ODW successful.

A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone involved: the speakers, the project and organization teams, the exhibitors, and all colleagues who contributed significantly to the success of Innovation Day 2026 through their commitment, ideas, and openness.

Innovation Day impressively demonstrated what can be achieved when know-how, curiosity, and collaboration come together – and it sparks enthusiasm for the next steps we will take together toward the future.

The strong response and the great success of the day motivate us to plan further innovation days in the future.
