A family business since its foundation in 1970

The family business was founded in 1970 in Beerfelden in the area of Odenwald, Germany. Run by the owners for more than 50 years, ODW-ELEKTRIK has become an internationally operating company, which has defined the character of the enterprise today. In the meantime, the third generation of the shareholder families is also working in various positions in the company and bearing responsibility.

Today, responsibility for the individual divisions within the group of companies is borne by the managing directors, Martin Ehret (COO) and Holger Harnack (CFO), as well as the authorized signatory Alexander Med. ODW-ELEKTRIK thus retains its long-term orientation as an independent family business and is future-proof. The shareholder families help to shape the development of the company and provide constructive support to the company management.
