Among other things we specialise in the delicate leads for airbags, various sensor applications in engine management and cable sets for storage batteries.<\/p>\n<p>The different requirements result from the field of application of the respective products. We develop the cable harnesses in close cooperation with our customers according to their specifications and application parameters. Here we use modern three-dimensional CAD workstations to incorporate the requirements in the best possible way.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to basic cable assembly such as cutting, dismantling, stripping and crimping we also manufacture using resistance-, ultrasonic- and laser welding. Depending on the application, it may be required to protect the plug-in connectors or junctions from outside impacts by means of an encapsulant. For this purpose, we use technologies such as polymer injection moulding or casting with polyamide-based thermoplastic hot-melt adhesive.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
